8. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production typically begins after payment has been received and may take between 1 and 5 business days, depending on order volume and product availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tat My Tees is not liable for delays caused by:

16. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Internal Resolution
If a customer has any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Tat My Tees website, products, or services, the customer must first notify Tat My Tees (Pty) Ltd in writing at info@tatmytees.com, providing full details of the issue.
Tat My Tees will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably within 14 (fourteen) business days of receiving written notice.
10.2 Good Faith Negotiation
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations before initiating formal legal proceedings.
10.3 Jurisdiction
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
The customer agrees that any legal proceedings shall be instituted in the appropriate court with jurisdiction in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
10.4 Consumer Protection Act Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights the customer may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
Customers may, where applicable, refer disputes to:
The National Consumer Commission; or
The Consumer Goods and Services Ombud; or
Any other statutory dispute resolution body with jurisdiction.
10.5 Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising from the use of Tat My Tees products or services must be brought within 12 (twelve) months of the date on which the cause of action arose, failing which such claim shall be deemed to have lapsed, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
18. Changes to Terms
Tat My Tees reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
