With DTG the print is done directly onto the garment. On black tees a white base is printed first and colour is then printed on top. DTF prints use a transparent film for the print with the colour printed first and the white base last and then heat transferred onto the tee. The biggest difference is the tactile feel of the print. DTG gives a softer print that is breathable whereas DTF prints have a rubbery feel and aren’t breathable, more like silk screened prints.

Why doesn’t Super Man’s logo cover his whole chest? Making a design bigger doesn’t make it better or more powerful. A4 prints (30cm x 21cm) are the perfect size to be visible and legible to make a statement without having to try too hard. They also get less obscured when you’re wearing a jacket.

Tat My Tees is a print-on-demand (POD) brand. This allows for a much larger selection of products because no stock is kept.

When your order is placed, it is passed on for production. If the DTF print and the correct size garment is in stock, it will be produced that same day and shipped shortly thereafter.

Allow a few days for the garment to be ordered if it isn’t in stock or if the DTF print has to be made. You will receive a notification by email as soon as the order has been shipped. In all cases, we try to get your order delivered as soon as possible using the most cost-effective method.

Shipping in South Africa is done by Courier Guy.

If there isn’t a locker near you, you should use the door-to-door shipping method. You will receive tracking info via email.

International Orders are only done on request and shipping cost calculated manually. Contact us at info@tatmytees.com if you don’t reside in South Africa and would like to order from the shop, paying with a foreign currency.

Products sold by Tat My Tees are made on order, so it isn’t a matter of returning the item to the shelf and making the refund.

Getting a refund would depend on how soon you try to cancel the order after having made the purchase.

If we mixed up your order, we will refund you for the return if you use the same shipping method as it was ordered with.
